About the event
Breastfeeding week is from 1-7th August and we have a special guest joining the &her Mothers Connection group next week.
Alisia Scalzulio is a practicing Dietician and Lactation consultant with @nuturebynaturelc. She will be joining us during our group to chat about all things breastfeeding especially nutrition and some of the challenges moms face.
Bring your little ones and your questions for an interactive and informative morning.
From a physio aspect I will be focusing on good breastfeeding posture, how we can wake up the core for some support as well as nice stretches to loosen up the back and beck.
